At Lavin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Personalized or custom items are non-refundable

• Proof of purchase is required

Process:

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
